About

As an artist, I’m inspired by the natural world around me. Plants, animals, and science influence my work. Currently a lot of my work is focused on bringing attention to endangered and vanishing animals and plants, and efforts at education around conservation.

My jewelry line, Andrea Vickery, is a line of modern jewelry that inspires connection and meaning. The pieces are influenced by open spaces, adventures, and natural beauty. I design and hand paint each piece in my California studio from materials manufactured entirely in the US. My founding vision is to create modern jewelry from unexpected and cruelty free materials. 10% of my revenue is donated to Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). I feel it’s important to support the work of organizations that lessen the impact of climate change and work to preserve our natural spaces and most vulnerable animals and plants. What about Andrea?

I received a BA in Fine Art from UC Santa Cruz, with a focus on oil painting and lithography. I spent 15 years working in the tech industry, and strive to bring art, nature, and technology together.

I live just outside of San Francisco, close to city, beach, desert, mountains, and tall, tall trees.
